Cela garantit une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue aux centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton de Pi Makina.\n<br><br>\n2-) L'application de peinture \u00e9poxy et le sablage de premi\u00e8re classe sont effectu\u00e9s pour la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion dans toutes les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton.\n<br><br>\n3-) Elle est plus lourde que ses homologues avec une t\u00f4le \u00e9paisse utilis\u00e9e dans les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton fixes et les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton mobiles et a une pr\u00e9cision de pesage totale, et les pertes de capacit\u00e9 ne sont pas rencontr\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une vibration nulle.\n<br><br>\n4-) Des composants r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion du malaxeur durable sont utilis\u00e9s dans les malaxeurs \u00e0 b\u00e9ton. Les composants internes r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion du malaxeur sont en fonte (NI-HARD). De plus, dans les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton mobiles de 60m3, le silo sur ch\u00e2ssis a une capacit\u00e9 nette de 40 tonnes.\n<br><br>\n6-) L'utilisation de composants internationaux dans les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton fixes et mobiles garantit que tous les mat\u00e9riaux peuvent \u00eatre facilement obtenus sur les march\u00e9s locaux. Pi Makina utilise des intrants de haute qualit\u00e9 pour sa production.\n<br><br>\n7-) Il y a un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 distance aux centrales \u00e9lectriques et une facilit\u00e9 d'intervention gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me d'automatisation moderne de haut niveau, et des mat\u00e9riaux d'automatisation de fabricants fran\u00e7ais ou allemands de classe mondiale sont utilis\u00e9s dans tous les panneaux.\n<br><br>\n\ud83d\ude0e Les centrales \u00e9lectriques peuvent \u00eatre exploit\u00e9es avec un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme, une installation facile et rapide offre \u00e9galement des solutions abordables avec une facilit\u00e9 de transport.\n<br><br>\n9-) L'utilisation de malaxeurs alternatifs dans les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton mobiles et fixes permet de produire facilement du b\u00e9ton de diff\u00e9rents types et capacit\u00e9s.\n<br><br>\n10-) La centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton mobile et la centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton stationnaire permettent \u00e0 la fois le coulage du b\u00e9ton en vrac dans les centrales \u00e0 b\u00e9ton pr\u00eat \u00e0 l'emploi et la production de b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9, pav\u00e9 et bloc gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'utilisation alternative de Malaxeurs double-arbres horizontaux ainsi que de malaxeurs \u00e0 puits verticaux de type plan\u00e9taire.\n<br><br>\n11-) La satisfaction du client est notre premi\u00e8re priorit\u00e9.
