New R&D Center of Turkey

Pi Makina, which is engaged in heavy equipment and construction machinery sector, was crowned with the R&D center certificate it was granted upon application filed with the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in May last year. As of July, it has been recognized as Turkey's 266th R&D center through the certificate granted by the same Agency.

The Company, continuing its operation without interruption to attain its 2017 targets with the responsibility of being an R&D center, has determined its strategies in order to establish R&D culture even better within the Company and to produce high-tech products.

Pi Makina, which currently has more than 100000 m² indoor, and approximately 150,000 m² outdoor area and around 600 personnel and brings together many modern and innovative business lines under the same roof with its wide product range and high-quality service services, has been serving as a pioneer in its own production field for more than 40 years in parallel to its activities in the field of heavy equipment and construction machinery and unique solutions for the commercial needs of customers.

The highly capable and dynamic R&D Center stands out within its region and in our country as a facility with any kind of infrastructures that can implement its own designs and projects thanks to the Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Control Departments, as well as the Production Departments such as Machining, Gear Manufacturing, Heat Treatment, Pattern Shop, Coating, Painting and Sandblasting.
