Pi 100 BTS

Pi 100 BTS fixed concrete batching plants produced with the quality of Pi Makina perform superiorly for any kind of concrete need. This facility can produce 90-100 m3 of concrete per hour and has a double shaft mixer. Double shaft mixer is preferred by Ready Concrete Producers due to its long life and conducive to continuous concrete production. In addition, it works efficiently in the production of any kind of concrete such as ready-mixed concrete, precast concrete, cylinder-compressed concrete-RCC, heavy concrete, etc.

Pi Makina fixed concrete plants are preferred in projects that entail high production capacity and are intended to serve for a long time where they are installed and are suitable to work in large areas in terms of location. It is designed with easy installation and easy maintenance in mind. In such manner, it offers low operating and investment costs.

The notable feature of Pi Makina concrete batching plant is that the automation system used in concrete plants was developed by Pi Makina. Thanks to this automation, the prescription entered is produced at low tolerance values. Coating

Paint Dosing

It is an optional system that allows concrete to be painted for cobblestone and keystone production facilities and special concrete types.

Humidity meter

The humidity meter plays an important role in adjusting the amount of water to be fed to the system by measuring the amount of humidity in the aggregate.

Bunker heating

It is the system that provides ease of flow by heating the aggregate frozen in the aggregate bunker with hot steam in cold weather conditions.

Layout work

The layout and concrete plan required for the installation of the concrete plant in the project site is carried out by Pi Makina’s R&D center. Site exploration is also carried out in special projects and the most efficient use of the plant and the area is ensured.

Thanks to the efficient structure of the automation system, any kind of concrete prescription can be easily processed into the system. All prescriptions are recorded in the automation system according to the desired concrete type.
