Hopper Capacity

Pi 30 FT Mini Concrete Batching Plant, one of the innovations that Pi Makina has contributed to the sector, is capable of being installed in 1-2 hours and of starting concrete pouring immediately. It can be transported by a tow truck or an ordinary truck without a need for a mobile crane. This product, which does not entail any permission for concrete production, has a concrete capacity of 25-30 m3 per hour. In addition, it can mix all types of concrete smoothly and homogeneously with the 0.5 m3 planetary mixer installed thereon.

Pi Makina Mini Concrete batching Plants are preferred for short-term and small projects with their compact structure and fast assembly and disassembly feature.

Pi Cobasys software developed by Pi Makina as an automation system and created entirely with customer feedback is used. With Cobasys, the most advanced automation system on the market, any kind of report can be obtained and any adjustments related to the concrete batching plant can be easily made.

Coating

In order to increase the strength in harsh winter conditions, the main body of the concrete plant can be coated with trapeze sheet or sandwich panel.

Recycling Unit

In case of faulty concrete production, reuse of material contents is ensured by using a recycling system.

Paint Dosing

It is an optional system that allows concrete to be painted for cobblestone and keystone production facilities and special concrete types.

Humidity meter

The humidity meter plays an important role in adjusting the amount of water to be fed to the system by measuring the amount of humidity in the aggregate.

Bunker heating

It is the system that provides ease of flow by heating the aggregate frozen in the aggregate bunker with hot steam in cold weather conditions.

Layout work

The layout and concrete plan required for the installation of the concrete plant in the project site is carried out by Pi Makina’s R&D center. Site exploration is also carried out in special projects and the most efficient use of the plant and the area is ensured.

Prescription

Thanks to the efficient structure of the automation system, any kind of concrete prescription can be easily processed into the system. All prescriptions are recorded in the automation system according to the desired concrete type.

Technical Documentation

All kinds of spare parts, usage maintenance and assembly manuals of the concrete plant and all sub-components are provided by PI Makina.

Operator training

After the installation of the concrete plant, any kind of training is given by expert teams until the operator adapts to the system.
